  • Welcome to DAT Tutor. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

• 2. Services

  • DAT Tutor provides educational services, including tutoring, personal statement review, interview prep, crash courses for chemistry, biology, PAT, and RCP, and offers special discounts in partnership with Prep Beacon for AI Casper courses.

• 3. Registration and Account

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to register for our courses. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.

• 4. Payment and Refunds

  • Payment: Fees for courses must be paid in full at the time of registration. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

  • Refunds: Our refund policy is as follows:

    • Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and before the start of the course.

    • No refund after the course has started.

• 5. User Conduct

  • You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Posting or transmitting any content that is harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

  • Interfering with or disrupting our services or servers.

• 6. Intellectual Property

  • All content and materials provided by DAT Tutor, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, are the intellectual property of DAT Tutor and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

• 7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimers: Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of our content or the availability of our services.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAT Tutor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DAT Tutor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario to resolve any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services.

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
